Mazzara — High Performance Coaching
Generation Forward · High Performance Coaching

The skills that separate
the elite from everyone
else were never taught
in school.

World-class athletes, founders, and executives all share a set of performance skills most people don't discover until their 30s or 40s. We coach those skills early — as soon as 6th grade — so the next generation gets a decade-long head start.

What is high performance coaching?

It's not tutoring. It's not therapy. It's the missing curriculum — direction, discipline, emotional resilience, communication, and leadership.

What parents & students say

The real problem

Talent without
structure gets
wasted.

Your kid isn't underperforming because they don't care. They're underperforming because nobody has ever given them the actual systems to match their ambition to their output.

Why high-achieving parents come to us
Sound like your kid?
🎯

Capable but inconsistent

They ace one thing and drop the ball on the next. You've seen what they're capable of — it just won't stay consistent.

📱

Losing the battle against distraction

The phone wins every time. Hours disappear and they know it's a problem — but haven't found a way to stop it.

Lack of organization and routines

Always rushing, always behind. Smart enough to know better — but without a real time system, it keeps happening.

😓

Procrastinating on what actually matters

They'll do anything except the thing they need to do. Not laziness — a missing system for getting started and staying on track.

🧠

Getting in their own head

Self-doubt, fear of failure, perfectionism — quietly keeping them from performing at the level they're actually capable of.

🔭

No real direction for what comes next

College is approaching fast. The pressure is building. But when you ask what they want — the answer is still unclear.

We don't motivate kids. We build high performers.

This isn't for everyone. If your student is hungry and ready — let's talk.

These are the 7 skills your student will build. Here's exactly how we teach them.

We'll walk through exactly which pillars your student needs most.

How It Works

How we build these skills.

The 7 pillars above are what your student learns. This is the proven delivery model we use to actually teach, reinforce, and build them — week by week, session by session.

1

Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching

A private, weekly session with your coach — custom tailored to where your student is right now, what they're working through, and what needs to move next. No templates. No generic advice. Just a plan built specifically for them.

2

Action Items & Homework

Learning without application is just information. Every session ends with clear action items — real things to do, practice, and apply in daily life. This is what turns coaching insights into actual results that stick.

3

Daily Accountability

Regular — and when needed, daily — check-ins to make sure what's been learned is actually being applied. Consistency doesn't happen by accident. We create the structure that makes it inevitable.

4

Parent Progress Reports

Regular updates so you can see the growth happening — and share your perspective on what you're noticing at home. We take confidentiality seriously. What your student wants kept private, stays private. The coaching relationship only works when it's a safe space — for both of you.

Optional Add-On
5

Group Workshops

Access to group workshops — in person or virtual — where students connect with others in the program. Socratic-style learning, peer accountability, and the powerful realization that other driven young people are doing the same work.

Your Head Coach

My early twenties were the hardest years of my life. Addiction. Anxiety. No direction. I spent years trying to figure out on my own what the right mentor would have shown me in 90 days.

Once I learned to master my habits, focus, and mindset — everything changed. I became a Top 10 Coach in the World with Tony Robbins, spoke at TEDxMiami, and now coach high performers around the world. I wish someone had taught me these skills at 16 instead of 28. That's exactly why I built this.

"I'm not a guidance counselor. I'm the guy who takes a driven young person and helps them become a high-achieving adult."

Common questions
Before you book
What changes — and when?
+
By 30 days: Clarity starts to form. Your young adult has a time system, a direction assessment, and the first real routines taking hold. Most South Florida parents notice a shift in attitude and organization within the first 4 weeks.

By 60 days: Consistency kicks in. Procrastination decreases, focus sharpens, and the habits stop feeling new — they start becoming automatic. Performance typically begins to reflect the internal shift.

By 90 days: A different person. Clear vision, a system that works, and the confidence that comes from proving to themselves they can execute. This is where the transformation becomes undeniable.
Is Generation Forward for young adults who are already doing well?
+
Yes — that's exactly who we work with. Generation Forward is designed for driven, capable young adults ages 16–25 who want to perform at an even higher level. We work with people who have the talent and ambition but need the systems and mindset to make it consistent.
How is this different from tutoring?
+
Tutoring fixes grades. Coaching builds the person. We build the time management, focus, consistency, and mindset that make every subject, every goal, and every challenge more manageable — skills that last a lifetime.
What if my young adult doesn't think they need coaching?
+
That's a great starting point. The parent strategy call helps us understand both your perspective and theirs. We talk through how to introduce the idea in a way that creates genuine buy-in rather than resistance.
How long is the program?
+
Most young adults stay with us for 1 year, with some continuing up to 3. The goal is never dependency — it's to build the skills to perform independently long after we're done.
What results can we realistically expect?
+
Young adults typically see stronger consistency, better time management, sharper focus, and clearer direction. 84% see GPA or academic improvement within 90 days. Most parents in South Florida notice a visible shift within 4–6 weeks.
How much does the program cost?
+
Investment is discussed on the free strategy call and customized based on the person's needs and goals. The call is completely free with no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
+
We primarily serve families across Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach County — including Coral Gables, Weston, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Pinecrest, and surrounding areas. We also work with clients from across the country and as far as Europe.
Can coaching be done virtually?
+
Yes. Coaching can be done in person or virtually — we work with clients both ways. Many of our families across the US and internationally do sessions fully online with the same results. If you're not local to South Florida, virtual coaching is a seamless option.

Your kid is already capable of more. Let's build the system to prove it.

One call. No pressure. Just clarity on what's actually possible for your student.
